ThriveAbility Care was established to provide disability support that feels personal, dependable and connected to everyday life. From Western Sydney, we have grown our work around daily living, community participation, skill building, specialist high intensity support and child focused short term respite.
Our team
People who listen, learn and work together.
Our team brings together management, administration and frontline support workers who work alongside participants, families, carers, support coordinators and external practitioners. We focus on clear communication, consistency and matching support to each person's goals, routines, preferences and safety needs.
How we work
Specialist where needed, flexible where it helps.
Good support starts with listening. We ask about your routines, communication, culture and the things you want to do more independently. Together, we agree on practical support at home and in the community. For high intensity supports and complex care, we review the current plans and the skills needed before confirming what we can provide. You can involve family, carers or other people you trust. We welcome feedback and check whether your support still fits your life as things change. Our base is Western Sydney, and we consider enquiries from across Sydney according to location, support needs and worker availability.
