What support can include

Community access shaped around you.

Choose places and activities that matter to you. We can help you visit local shops, get to appointments or enjoy a hobby. Our wheelchair accessible van can carry a person while they stay seated in their chair. We check that it suits your needs and is available. The van is part of agreed support, not a taxi or a transport service on its own.

What to expect

Flexible support for real community life.

Social and community participation starts with what you enjoy. You might visit a library, try a hobby or meet a local group. We plan the outing together and go at your pace. Your worker helps with the tasks you agree on. Before you go, we check access, transport, equipment and current support plans. If a place feels too busy, we can discuss a quieter time or another activity. Tell us what worked and what you would change. You can change your mind or try something new next time.
